The Town of Huntsville is launching a new 24-hour Short Term Rental Accommodation Hotline to help expedite concerns from residents regarding non-compliant properties.
Huntsville’s Bylaw Department has engaged the services of Granicus’ 24-hour Hotline, which will notify property managers in charge of Short Term Rental Accommodation 24 hours a day of concerns, and ensure accurate documentation should the infraction result in a charge through the Bylaw Department.
Anyone utilizing this service can lodge complaints by calling 705-990-3438, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The town says that all concerns recorded through these services will be circulated to the Bylaw Department for further enforcement as required.
